The entire Congress of the United States is corrupt. And I mean both Houses and I mean both major parties..just look at the number of members who have had bounced checks, late or no tax filings, undeclared property and it goes on and on.

I realize that a few Members of each House are trustworthy, but, as a group they are absolutely the most corrupt bunch to ever disgrace our Nation.

In November of 2010 the entire House of Representatives will stand for re-election; all 435 of them. One third of the Senate, a total of 33 of them, will also stand for re-election. Vote every incumbent out.

And I mean every one of them. No matter their Party affiliation. Let's start all over in the House of Representatives with 435 people who have absolutely no experience in running that body, with no political favors owed to anyone but their own constituents. Let's make them understand that they work for us. They are answerable to us and they simply have to run that body with some common sense.

Two years later, in 2012, vote the next third of the House of Representatives in the Senate out.
We can do the same thing in 2014 and, by that time we will have put all new people in that body as well.

We, the People, have got to take this Country back and we HAVE to do it peacefully.

That's what the Framers of our Constitution envisioned.

I am also suggesting term limits on the new bunch: 8 years for Representatives and 12 years for Senators – no exceptions. The longer they stay in office, the more power they get, and they love it and will do anything to get re-elected.

We have term-limited the President, now let’s term-limit the Legislators.

Please, if you love this Country as I do, send this (as I have done) to absolutely everyone whose email address appears in your address book.
This thing can permeate this Country in no time. Let's make it happen.

Jeremiah Wright Got An Answer To His Request.

I did not vote for President Obama. For all of you who did, I sincerely pray that you knew more about him than I. I also pray that President Obama is as "awesome" as you hope he is.

I did suffer from electile dysfunction this year and could not seem to select a person who I thought was Presidential material. McCain and Sarah are good people and, in fact, leaders within their own realm.. John as a Senator who has proven many times in the past twenty years that he is indeed not one to go along just to get along.

Sarah is much the same way. She has worked her way thru the ranks beginning in high school, going thru city council, failed elections and now being considered for the position of Vice President of The United States of America. Unfortunately, that phrase doesn't seem to carry the power it once did.

I think is time to have a black man (have you noticed that the term "African American" has kind of disappeared?) elected by the people to lead this country and be influential in the world, not just inside the beltway. My question is why not a black man or woman we know something about and is not apparently ashamed of the neighbors, friends, associates and advisors such as William Ayres and Bernadine Dorhn.

Ayers (would you let your daughter be seen with this creep?) and Dohrn were famous radicals, and fugitives from the law, in the late 1960s and early 1970s. Dohrn, actually, was the more famous of the two; she was the head, as I recall, of Students for a Democratic Society or one of its factions. Dohrn was crazy. She is the only public figure, to my knowledge, to approve publicly and enthusiastically of the Charles Manson murders.

Don't forget {there is nothing reverent about him} Jeremiah Wright, Farrakhan, Rezko, and perhaps some other admitted and proud anarchists? All
noteworthy, but worthy of running a nation? I don't think so.

It is appropriate that all black men and women should be happy and proud of this past week, but only from a racial standpoint. My guess is that Martin would not be supportive of this particular person who claims the history books as the first. Too bad all the lives that were lost in lynchings, back seats, humiliation, abject heartbreaks, no hope, brandings and all the rest to have this "blackish man" win the prize.

Frankie sez to support your President and to be a good citizen by staying on a first name basis with your senators and all other of YOUR representatives in all areas of government and politics. It has been proven that if you let them, some of them will steal from you and negotiate away your children's future. FL

Anarchy, Terrorism, American Patriot

Some of you may know or have gathered that I am conservative. I had decided not to 'campaign' anymore since I have cast my ballot back in the middle of October. However, I am frightened for my children and my granddaughters in what may take place over the next 4 years in the United States no matter who is elected to be President next week.

Jimmie Carter has to go down as the worst decision ever made by the American people to be chosen as President. George Bush has proven that he may be seeking to rise to that height. Bush has not maintained control of the House or the Senate and has allowed the greedy thieves to plunder the likes of Fanny and Freddie. Nancy Pelosi, a disgrace in my opinion, has encouraged the greed with "nothing but words." I do not know of one thing that Pelosi can claim as a beneficial victory of the government over the last 4 years including her time a speaker.

It is pretty well known what Barney has been doing and Dodd is still somewhat of a mystery. What has he accomplished for the people he is paid to represent? He has insulated the greed exposed by his peers as his very best accomplishment. By the way, I voted for Carter and Bush, both of them. Weak perhaps, but not openly Socialistic and perhaps even anarchistic in their views.

We are being asked to elect either a person with lots of time in the Senate and experiences protecting the United States or another Senator with not so much time in grade and no experience whatsoever in protecting our nation from anyone of which I am aware. I am not going to bore you with the political "words" we are sick of hearing for the past year, I am going to just ask you to view the film below before you vote for anyone.

Don't vote for McCain because he is white, but don't vote for Obama because he is blacker than McCain; please don't vote for McCain because he is older and more experience in the Senate and, as well, please do not vote for Obama because of his lack of experience; I don't think that McCain has a new economic policy than I have been hearing for at least 50 years and it sounds like the 'same old thing,' "just words," but I believe it would be very dangerous for the life you now know to decide that "spreading the wealth around" is a good financial policy either.

What has come to the front in his election (I would like to say crap, but I know, some people are already offended by this so, there is no point in pushing that feature so I will not say 'political crap'), I'll just say 'words, just words," is in my opinion, very frightening. Based purely on the associates and friends one of the candidates has maintained, I am bent to ask if the word "change" really means "revolution?" Or, does 'change' mean that we can have some change after our dollars have been 'spread' around? It remains to be seen!

We have one candidate who has not spent his life to this point consorting with or attending parties or fund raisers in the homes or comradeship of admitted anarchists and terrorist bombers, political hacks and individuals who have announced {to anyone who would listen} their hate for the "Imperial" United States, and another who has. When you view the video if you will, do so open minded and just weight the known facts about having people like 'Che'Chevera,' Ahmadinajad, the head of Iran who actively participated in holding, for 444 days, American soldiers as tortured captives; the Rev. Wright; etc. because you have already heard of them and know who they are.

Please, when you make your decision in that ballot booth if you haven't, think of the children of the U.S.A who are the future of the greatest, most blessed nation God ever placed on this orbit and how you want them to live in their futures ,on government hand outs and government health care or as free Americans. It is your choice, really.

At an Eagle Scout ceremony back in another life I heard the then Superintendant of Virginia Schools who on to become a Justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, Lewis Powell say, "the symbol of the United States is the eagle. A creature who has to be reliant on himself for his survival, instead of the oyster who just lays on the bottom of the river and waits for something to be washed into his his open mouth."

Bankruptcy, Foreclosure, 401-K, IRA, Liens, Taxes and Refrigerator boxes

Today, I am going to explore some things which are on my mind since Fanny and Freddy teamed up with Paulson, Barney, Dodd, BO and others to line their own pockets and did so at the expense of most of the world's 401-K's, IRAs and other retirement accounts.
I really do not believe Boomers will return to the stock market at least for many years. Heck, most of them cannot afford to. They are now Googling to learn more about bankruptcy and foreclosure.

If you are into true facts, you will appreciate this explanation, if not, you should not read it and, instead, keep your head in the sand and vote for BO. This housing mess began during the Carter administration when that liberal pack said everyone should have a house and the government (you and me) should help them get one. That may be the reason why Carter is so closely attached to Habitat. Habitat is a good thing, but even there, the owners must qualify. That was another way of explanation the ‘redistribution of wealth’ concept which BO has a plank in his and his handler’s platform.

The next step was when Bill Clinton signed into law a mandated requirement that when the banks received an application for a housing loan, they could not turn it down. It would be guaranteed by the government (you and me again.) The qualifications were to be 18 years of age and to hold up your right hand. The test was to see if the borrowers knew their right from their left. If not, there would be special tutoring session if they wanted to attend.

It was at that point that the ship hit the sand and it took a few years of LIBOR movements – kind’a sounds like what it amounted to. Buyers who could not pay the sub prime mortgages which in some cases had been forced on them by a bank or credit union, now had a house. They couldn’t pay for it, the sub-prime loan, but they had a house.

I have a friend who has a house and on that house, he had some liens from Navy Federal, contractor’s liens, second mortgages and went to get another loan about three and half or four years ago and was turned down because of the liens. Two years later he was called by the bank which had turned him down and was told, “that equity loan for $125K which you applied for sometime back,” (2years) has been approved and you can come pick up the money in three days. He didn’t go because he just knew someone had made a mistake, but three days later, $125K showed up in his bank account.

He has now lost that money plus a heck of a lot more in the stock market. The clerk at the bank was trying to get a bonus for the number of loans she could award.

What were the lending institutions to do with all of this worthless paper? They had to sell it or the government auditors would fine them for having too much worthless paper on the books and outstanding. The “bad” loans were sold in various lots which were put into yet larger lots of mortgage loans and sold to other countries.

Then F and F began to unravel when the ARM’s escalated and the owners could not make the payments. Every nation who now has those loans are now experiencing a huge drop in their stock exchanges and their currencies are depreciating rapidly.

Barney Frank denies ever hearing of Fanny and Freddy; he and Bill O’Reilly have a big argument on the TV which accomplished nothing except O’Reilly had a spraying contest with a skunk; Senator Dodd thinks it is terrible what “Bush” has allowed to happen. The last I looked, Bush has to get that sort of mismanagement approved by the Senate and the House. Madame Speaker just has that ‘what the heck happened’ smile on her face and continues to make non-relevant speeches.

Now, my confession, I voted for Carter who has become known as the worst president ever, and I voted for George Bush as well and it is likely that he may take over that number 1 position at least for the next several years.

I don’t know to whom to direct my anger, but there is plenty to go around. BO, Barney, Dodd, probably McCain, and God only knows who else have abused the system for their own benefit and left the majority of the tax payers to clean up their insufferable mess. If you don’t believe it, just try to trace back where the $750,000,000,000.00 came from that was approved by both houses of Congress to ‘bail us out of this disaster’ which no-one created. Now Pelosi is calling for another $300,000,000,000.00 to throw on top of this smelly warm pile to cover the stink.

I learned today that $125,000,000,000.00 is being given to the major banks so that they can buy smaller banks, give some raises and reward their CEO's. I thought that someone was going to look at the bail money and try to keep the CEO's {the "rich white guys} from continuing to cash in so heavily. What happened??

OK, I have vented a bit, but that is where the problem began which has resulted in companies closing, companies laying off and firing employees, more food stamps being printed, pawn shops doing a land office business from “middle class” people who never had to leave their shadow on the brass balls until now.

The pitiful part is that those hapless individuals who were elected by the people and for the people found it more advantageous to feather their own nest first. Will they be re-elected? Probably!

Frankie will post again tomorrow and see if those same taxpayers can learn the proper words for what is happening to them and will, in a few days, recommend a way out of this bad situation. “If it happens to you, it is a recession. If it happens to me, it is a depression.”

One more thing, it is also a fact that inside of acorn there is a worm, at least one.

Did Politicians Bailout Wall Street or Main Street?

The bailout is supposed to make "Joe six pack" feel better and be able to get more credit. Joe probably doesn't give a hoot one way or the other as long as his favorite team is on cable and he can also tune in to one of the Mannings on Sunday.

It was really cute how O'reilly was about to explode while listening to politician Barney Frank deny that he or his finance committee had anything to do with the implosion on Wall Street.

The financial breakdown was all "Bushes fault." The democrats had nothing to do with any of that stuff. Poppy Cock!! If they didn't have anything to do with the financial hole that was dug what the heck are they doing there? Bull rushes!!

It seems that a great many of the politicians have spent more time on Wall Street than on Main Street and for the past couple of weeks they have all been fishing in deNile.

The bet now is that there are politicians, elected leaders and officials at this very moment trying to conceive ways by which they can carry a bag of that $700,000,000,000.00 home with them and not be noticed.

The tax payers are livid and even some non taxpayers are very angry that the black mail was necessary, but we want some answers. How did this misadventure get started? Which government bureaucrat benefited and which one benefited the most? What will be done about it?

What is the likelihood that the same or similar scandal will happen again? Who is in place to perform the oversight on the spending of the bailout money? Please do not put the fox in charge of the hen house again. Someone like T. BOONE PICKINGS or WARREN BUFFIT, STEVE WYNN or STEVE JOBS, seems like a good choice.

On the news this morning was a story from California whereby the "Governator" Schwarzenegger is asking the government - the government of the other 49 states as well - to bailout California to the tune of some $7,000,000,000.00. That is 1% of the total bailout money. Arnold is smart to get in line first.

Is Paulson an idiot or just ignorant? Was it Wall Street greed that caused it? Was it no money down loans? Was it 'political correctness?' Was it Acorn threatening to fill the lobbies of all the lending institutions with "customers" changing pennies to dollars and back again all day every day until they granted the substandard loans? Was it the 'community organizers' or 'community activists?'

It is doubtful that 'Joe or JoAnna Six Pack' will ever really know for sure because the Jets are playing Los Angeles or we didn't watch the town hall meeting because Lost was on at the same time. Too bad. History does indeed repeat itself.

Frankie thinks that all of the legal citizens should look forward to voting and prepare themselves by knowing who is seeking the offices and whether they are qualified to do the things this country requires to regain the world status as a leader and not a worldwide policeman or policewoman.

Is The Sky Falling?

Tuesday of this week, September 23, a fellow (name unknown) died in a plane crash just a few feet from my pick up truck. Very sad!

It was 1:30 in the afternoon and it was a beautiful day. The sun was shinning and seemed to be showing off a bit in the afternoon. A cool breeze blew off and on and kept away the humidity. The AC in the truck was off and the window was down to capture some of the day.

Lunch at 5 Guys was very good and I was full and beginning to have my after lunch sinking spell. I found gasoline at QT for $3.97 so the truck was full as well.

Without warning a large piece of formed sheet metal came sliding out into the street in front of me while at the same time, there was some unidentified movement to my left front. I swerved to the right to avoid the large metal object which I determined to be the hood off a car.

I have heard so often on Law and Order, people say, "it all happened so fast," and they could not realize what was happening. It all happened so fast, it was impossible to tell what was really happening. I looked to my left side and saw what I had imagined to be an automobile or something shredded with a little spiral of light smoke headed up.

That car had to be flying to get that torn up that badly. No one was around the car even thought other cars were passing me headed in the opposite direction. I quickly pulled off the road in front of a white board fence in front of a church. As I ran across the street, I realized it was not a car, but a small plane. When I reached the plane, the whisp of smoke had stopped.

Yelling, "can you hear me?" No one answered. I yelled out several times, but I knew that there was no one that could be inside the plane and be alive so I started walking around the yard into which the plane had fallen to see if I could see anyone who might have been thrown clear.

I called 911 and the operator said they had received a call from PDK airport that a plane was down but they didn't know exactly where. I described the location and then broke the connection. I called WSB Radio to tell them to announce it because the Chamblee Dunwoody Road was going to require closing between I 285 and Peachtree Industrial Blvd., A long way and no place to exit.

By that time, one other car had stopped and the driver had come up to the scene. Both of us began to look at the pile of scrap metal to see if we could see any movement. There was none, but we did discover a person compacted inside the ball of rubble with an arm and hand sticking out of what had been the cabin door.

By then, the police began to arrive in packs along with three fire trucks. I left!

The afternoon, while still beautiful, had a sadness. I couldn't help but think about the family who would not have a brother or father or grandfather or son come home Tuesday night. A blue bag sitting beside the wreckage that seemed to not be damaged.
I learned later in the afternoon that the plane was from Jacksonville, Fla., some women's clinic and then I added to the imagination that he may have been airlifting an organ to someone in Wisconsin who would also be disappointed.

CONCLUSION: I do not know anymore than described about the pilot, but I am still sad about it. He had just filled up the gas tanks and it was dripping from inside the ball of metal and filling the air with that smell that is hard to forget. I have sent up many prayers for the soul of the pilot and his family and the people waiting on the other end for him.

Many prayers have been offered for this unfortunate man that he was a Christian and he knew that God was his savior. I pray that he is in Heaven worshipping and praising his God.

401K-IRA-Retirement Account, Where Did They Go?

Is the sky really falling? If you listen to CNBC you had better run for cover. There has not been a more gloom and doom bunch in my investing career. It appears that many 401K's have been laid to waste. It is not possible to trust 'risky' stocks like Apple and Mosaic. They are so manipulated that the brokerage houses cannot keep up.

The stock market is being manipulated by the Ivy League Boys who run the hedge funds. Shalom to you. Greenberg who walked away with hundreds of millions of dollars; Lehman and the boys that that ran Fanny Mae and Freddie Mac, did they leave with a hole in their IRA or retirement? I think not!
If that were not scary enough, we have a community organizer and 143 day seniority Senator with a post boomer of four decades in the Senate - entirely too many - running for the leading, top most jobs in the world. That is scary!
Opposing them is another post boomer of over 20 plus years in the Senate who might have been in there longer, but he was tied up at the time he should have been campaigning. He has a current Governor for a running mate from the large rough neck state, Alaska, who has at the age of 44 has spent more time in the Executive branch of government than the three men combined, Sara Palin, a Christian lady with style and class.
Sarah threw the fear of the unthinkable into the Democrat candidates handlers and the first thing they thought to do (after showering and changing their pants) was start trying to dig up as much dirt as they could even to the point of having some slob of an unwashed freak comic(?) from the UK to beg and plead for Americans to vote against Sarah.
Then came a paid columnist to call anyone who voted for Sarah Palin "white trash." How dare she? It is obvious to many people that the Canadian columnist is the position of having lost her credibility in Canada so she will see if we blink. We won't! That smear tasteless woman, aka 'writer,' has obviously bought into the very thin full of holes Democrat platform which continues to endorse partial birth abortion while criticizing the U.S.A. qualified Vice Presidential candidate for moose hunting. HUH? If that makes sense to you, please do not vote.
Frankie has been a bow tie conservative Republican since the days of Barry Goldwater and had not given a retirement account, 401K or IRA a thought. He voted for one Democrat and that was Carter only because he was a 'favorite son' from Georgia. No that was a really big mistake. He, without a doubt, has been the worst President to date, but the best house builder. He has bordered on treason in the eyes of many. He needs to retire and sit and whittle in Plains. I wonder if his retirement account has suffered in the past few days?
Frankie interviewed a Democrat some four months ago just shortly after Hillary was a "shue in," and following the other candidate leading in the vote, and they said at that time that they were(I am) voting for him." They knew less about him then than now which is darn little. There is something badly tainted about a vote like that. "Don't confuse me with the facts, my mind is made up." Too late to teach that one new tricks.
It appears that some of the pundits and, yes, some of the voting citizens (or not), believe we have lost our leverage in the political arena and it is 'just too complicated,' or 'I just don't (read as 'take') have time,' 'my one little vote can't do any good,' 'who is running?' We CAN make a difference and we really do need to. We need to put some more legs under our retirement accounts and be able to live the life we had all planned on.
Allow your voice to be heard NOW, before the registered and not so registered get in the booth and decide your tax rates, Supreme Court Justices, health care, and who they will allow to manipulate your retirement years.

Money from the Internet is a statement that we hear often and maybe have no idea what it means. This blog will tell you how different sites on the Internet and the World Wide Webb (two different things) can indeed save you retirement dollars and in some cases make you some money.

The Money is in The List - that is what you will hear from every site trying to get you to go into their business as an affiliate. "The List" are names and e-mail addresses of people you know. I know some Boomers who have a list of 1,000 names and some with just a few.
If you are serious about having your own business 'on line,' you need to start with a blog or a web site with a 'squeeze page' which will capture the name of the person reading your blog.
I have found one of the best ways to make money 'on line' is to be very careful what you purchase on line. I heard yesterday that Billy Mays 'Awesome Auger' costs about $25.00 for the product and $140.00 for the shipping. Surprise, surprise!
It is possible to make a full time living off of the computer and a few people have figured it out.
